Thoughtful Branches - Another Birthday Card

As with my previous post, Thoughtful Branches was used to make this card as well.

The card base is Sweet Sugarplum, one of the in colours for 2016/2018.

The mat is Whisper White.

The tree trunk has been stamped in Soft Suede ink on Soft Suede cardstock.

The leaves have been stamped in Sweet Sugarplum on Sweet Sugarplum cardstock. I stamped two set of leaves and layered them upside down on top of each other using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The birds are stamped on Whisper White cardstock using Soft Suede ink.

The grass is stamped in Old Olive and the greeting in Soft Suede.

The white dots were added using a white gel pen.

Thoughtful Branches Birthday

I love the Thoughtful Branches bundle, which is still available while stock lasts. It can be used for many occasions, including birthdays and Christmas.

I have made a variety of cards using this bundle and this is a Birthday Card I made for a friend.

The colours used for this card are Melon Mambo, Whisper White and Bermuda Bay.

The embossed layer was done using the now retired Decorative Dots embossing folder but you could use any embossing folder in its place.

The tree and leaves were cut out using the thick Whisper White cardstock.

The bird was stamped on Bermuda Bay cardstock using Bermuda Bay ink.

The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments and is stamped in Basic Black ink.

Holiday Catalogue

Good morning. It has been way too long since I last posted.

I thought today was a good day to start again.
